Focusing on local and regional products, the offerings from the kitchen will change daily, weekly and seasonally based on the quality and availability of product. Occupying the space that was formerly the engine room to Southern Dairies, the restaurant retains many of the original elements – exposed brick, concrete and beams – updated with contemporary accents such as warm woods, rich fabrics and brushed white metals.
