GOING GREEN

Whether you carpool, switch to energy-efficient light bulbs or toss your soda can in a recycle bin, find some way to celebrate Earth Day—today and every day. But to really mark the occasion, head to the EARTH DAY IN THE GARDEN at the Atlanta Botanical Garden. Activities include presentations on sustainable living, African forest conservation and the global amphibian crisis. The garden is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Earth Day admission is free. 404-876-5859. www.atlantabotanicalgarden.org.
